BATTY: Robert “Bob” – Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Born in England on December 31, 1938. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Betsy Batty, granddaughter Brooke and Brother in law Ian MacDonald. Lovingly remembered by his family; wife of 63 years Jean; children, Robin (Barbara), Ian (Tracy), Maureen (Rey) Erickson, Jo-Anne, and Brian (Sheila); grandchildren; Teresa, Robert, Michelle, Jason, Breanne, Shae, Jenna, Carson, and Kaelyn; great grandchildren; Sydney, Bowen, Avery, Carter, Kinsley and Presley; as well as his brother David (Brenda) and sister in law Peggy MacDonald.
Bob worked driving truck for the Doman family for many years. Bob loved being with family and friends and was well known in the Cowichan Valley.
If friends and family wish they can make a donation in Roberts name to the Cowichan Valley hospital foundation.
A private family service to be held.

Dear Jean and family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Bob was a great man who loved his family and friends. Everyone enjoyed having visits with Bob.
He was a lucky man to have had such a loving family and so many friends.
He will be so missed.
