Tribute
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather Bill. He passed away with his loved ones by his side at CDH after a cardiac event. Bill is survived by his wife and best friend of 62 years Darlene, and children Evelyn, Marilyn (Daryl), Dreh (Valerie), Teresa (Rob), Anita (Kelly), Kelly (Bob), and extended family.
Bill was born in London, England in 1941 and moved to Canada in 1946. In spite of a workplace injury, Bill enjoyed a very full and fun life. He loved traveling and wintering in Arizona with his wife. He also enjoyed camping with his family, muscle cars, and could throw a pretty wicked corn hole bag. Bill was a wonderful, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who loved his family more than anything. He was a loving, gentle soul with a great sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to his Dr’s and nurses who did all they could on his behalf.
Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined, donations to the SPCA are appreciated.
