Terri Joy Robinson
January 4, 1964 - December 31, 2024
Tribute
It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Terri. Her year long battle with cancer ended December 31st, 2024 peacefully at Cowichan Hospice House surrounded by loved ones.
Terri is survived by her son Christopher.
For the last 28 years, Terri and Christopher have lived and worked in their community of Crofton, BC and the Cowichan Valley. Terri’s wonderful friends, co-workers and community members have all been so supportive of Terri over these years and the family wishes to thank them.
She also leaves behind her mother Joyce; her brother Lee and his family Traci, Micheal, Claire, Wayne, Olivia and Harvey; her sister Tammy and her family Simon, Olivia, Alisha and Ella.
Terri’s longtime friend and partner Rick has been her superhero throughout this final journey together. The memory of their shared smiles and support of each other will forever warm our hearts.
Terri grew up in Penticton, BC, lived in North Vancouver, Victoria and the Cowichan Valley. Her love of family, her cats and Christopher’s dog, sunshine, friends and ice cream were well known to everyone who knew her.
Some may know Terri’s middle name was Joy and as we honour and cherish her memory we also remember how she brought joy to us all with her caring heart, love of life and friends and her beautiful smile.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors for their compassionate care.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date when the sun shines warm just as Terri wished.

I had the pleasure of working with Terri many years ago at the CVI. Since then I had seen her where dhe last worked saying hrllo in passing. I also went into Hospice in November & sat with her for a short time. It was nice to visit as we chatted a bit. Rest in peace Terri… You are a beautiful soul. My condolences to her family & close friends. ❤️

Taken far too soon. My heart is broken for Christopher and her family. My cousin Terri was my teen idol. She was just a few months older than me but then I thought of her as my fun loving blonde-haired beautiful okanagan beach girl who I wished I could be more like. So many friends and always something fun going on. Loved her dad and her mom and our shared grandparents. More than 40 years have gone by but this is my memory of Terri as I write this. Sunshine and ice cream for sure!! Xoxo. Rest peacefully Beautiful.
