Linda Louise Berrow
September 9, 1949 – August 31, 2023
It is with overwhelming sadness that our family announces the passing of a beautiful wife, loving mother, grandmother (Amma), sister, auntie, and friend after a very courageous battle with cancer. Linda was born in New Westminster, daughter to Hans and Maria Josephson. She met the love of her life, Terry, in 1963 and they spent 56 adventurous years together living in Victoria, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan, Haida Quia, and Nanaimo. They eventually settled in Crofton, which she loved so much. Linda worked with Air Canada and in retirement she enjoyed going south for the winter with Terry and spending time with family and friends . Linda will be lovingly remembered every single day by her husband Terry, daughters Teri Lyn (Mark) and Tina (Felice), son Jason (Grace), her grandchildren she was so proud of, Griffin, Maxim, Georgia, Matteo, Luca, and Christine, and her great granddaughter Nora, as well extended family and many friends. Our family wishes to thank Dr. Tom Rimmer, Dr. Valerie Masuda, and Dr. Adzek, as well as all the wonderful staff at the Cowichan District Hospital and Cowichan Hospice for their care throughout this difficult journey. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cowichan Hospice House at cowichanhospice.org/donate would be greatly appreciated as we feel privileged to have spent her last days with the amazing nurses and volunteers who helped her and our family through this most trying time.
