~ In loving memory ~
It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our beautiful and elegant wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Hélène Cooper. She passed away peacefully at home on October 29th surrounded by her loving and caring husband and family.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years Gordon, her children Philip (Lisa), Linda (Mike), Christine (Alex), her grandchildren, Ashley, Theresa, Victoria, Lauren (Taylor), Jessica (Mike), Justin and Adam and great granddaughter Aubrey. Her amazing dedication to family, her generosity, kindness and power of her love will forever live in our hearts. Her spirit will always surround us.
A private family celebration of life will be held, in lieu of a service.
You are the Temple of God and The Spirit of God Dwells in you.

I keep the records of veterans’ burials in the Cowichan Valley and of RCMP veterans’ burials for their local organization. I’d be grateful if a family member could contact me by email or at 250-748-5031 regarding Mrs. Cooper’s husband, Gordon Edward Cooper, recently deceased, to discuss adding his name to both and having a veterans’ remembrance cross placed for him every November. Thank you!
