AUCKLAND: George Phillip – passed away peacefully at home, with his family by his side on Friday February 18, 2011. Born in Port Simpson, British Columbia on November 9, 1941. Predeceased by his sisters; Joan King, Dianna Cutarm, Marilyn Rose, Florence Auckland ; brother Charles Auckland. Lovingly remembered by his family; wife of 34 years Sybil; children; Silas (Tara), Titus (Vickie), Annalee, Joanne (Mike), Ben (Amy) and Conan; sister Mary Krug (Don) and brother Ted (Karen). Also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A Funeral Service was held on Monday February 21, 2011. Interment followed at the Shaker Cemetery on Indian Road. Online condolences may be offered at www.hwwallacecbc.com
