Tribute
Our family lost a cherished member when Donna slipped away from us on the third of Oct this year. Donna is survived by her husband, Stanley George Hunt and her two sons, Brad and Greg Bacon. Donna was born in Edmonton and settled in the Cowichan Valley after many years of travel throughout Canada and sailing off the west coast.
Donna’s sense of humour, creative spirit and her willingness to help others will be sorely missed. She expressed her love for friends and family in the beautiful cakes and celebrations she created for us. She also enjoyed volunteering for at her local senior’s centre and learning new skills, such as hunting and fishing. But, perhaps her greatest passion, was creating wonderful paintings for others to enjoy. Donna will be greatly missed and a celebration of her life will be announced separately
