It is with great sadness to advise of Wendy Head’s sudden passing, on March 7, 2023. Wendy Barbara Jane Head was born on March 7, 1971 in Ladysmith BC. Wendy is predeceased by her father, Albert Tom Head born on Galiano Island & mother Valentine Rose Baines, born in Ladysmith BC. Wendy is also predeceased by her sister, Laurelle Lomax & sister Eunice Silvey. Wendy is survived by her son David Thomson (Weston Thomson & Wyatt Thomson – grandsons) & her daughter Trinity Rose Warburton, siblings Curtis Lomax, Peter Francis, Cindy Bouchard, Jodi-Lea Head & Leona Head. Wendy has many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends, that loved her dearly. She was known as Aunty Minnie, by all of her nieces/nephews.
Wendy would light up any room that she walked into & was truly loved by many. When Wendy loved someone, she loved them with all her heart ❤️ It was a love that we will never forget. We will miss you Wendy, every day of our lives.
Prayer service on March 18/2023 @ 1pm at St. Edwards Parish, 2085 Maple Bay Road, Duncan BC. We are kindly requesting that family/friends bring platters of food & drop to hall at church prior to service.
