H.W. Wallace Cremation & Burial Centre staff send our condolences to family and friends.

From: Bernard Hall
Relation: We met at Duncan convention in 1976.

I’ve known Peter for over 40 years. Most of those years were spent down in Brazil and I wouldn’t be able to count the number of letters that came from Peter. Those letters and his care for the Lord’s work were greatly appreciated. May his faithfulness in eternal things be a great comfort to those left behind.

From: Hugh Hazelwood
Relation: Friend

We have many good memories of Peter during our time living in Duncan .His faithfulness in being a good example will be remembered. Our sympathy to the Rempel family Marilyn & Hugh Hazelwood

From: Don & Brenda West
Relation: Peter was our brother in Christ... We were friends - and neighbours on Koksila Rd for a few years when we lived in Duncan - 1972...)

Our sincere condolences to the family…
We have fond memories of Peter… and appreciated his Godly influence.
Since we lived in Victoria for 30 years after Duncan… we kept in touch with Peter.
We have especially fond memories of going on a day trip in a boat with Peter to collect clams and oysters… 🙂 🙂

From: Don & Debbie Savard
Relation: Friend for almost 50 years

Peter was a true friend and brother to me for more than 48 years, and my greatest memories centred around our days together when we were preparing for our annual convention, and he would arrange his time so he could join the crew. Peter had a love for the ministry that was outstanding. In 1986, he drove all the way down to Lewiston Idaho, to offer support and encouragement to me at a time when I really needed it. We will miss our fellowship and friendship with this great man.

From: Doreen Lewis
Relation: a Friend

Bob and I met Peter shortly after we were married in 1957, He became a good friend and we spent many good times together, The years went by and in a process of time Bob made his choice to serve God and in a process of time Bob invited Peter to the Gospel meetings, When Peter made his choice to serve God, he never looked back, Peter was faithful and true till the end,

From: Patti Donnelly
Relation: Family friend

Having met Peter later in his life, I can see how God clearly made him a peaceful man. I got to visit rarely, but always saw the signs of contrition and forgiveness. I know he is in a glorious home and my sincere condolences are with the family and friends here, where he will be missed

From: Cheryl Galloway (Dempster) and Family
Relation: He was our neighbour and close friend.

It was so nice to be able to be on the zoom video for this funeral- thank you to the family for making this possible. Peter was always “Uncle Peter” to me and our family. He was a part of all of my childhood memories as he lived next door to our family and was like a grandpa to my siblings and I. We loved his kind mannerisms, his smile, his laugh and his jokes. He was above all, a Godly man who will be missed so much. Uncle Peter you will always hold a special place in my heart!
